BREAKFAST is served in the carriageway 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 9:00 a.m. on weekends.

AFTERNOON REFRESHMENTS are available in the parlors 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. You are always welcome to help yourself to homemade "confection of the day" and beverages in the carriageway.

* Rooms accommodate two persons only.

* The inn is comfortable for children 12 years of age and older.

* Check in between 3:30 pm and 9:00 pm. If you need earlier or later check-in, please notify the innkeepers to make arrangements. Please notify innkeepers of your approximate time of arrival.

* Check out 11:00 am.

* Rates vary for holidays and special events.

Extended stay rates are available.

Corporate rates are available Sunday-Thursday.

* Some weekends, special events and holidays require a two-night minimum stay.

* All rooms are No Smoking; No Candles.

* No pets within the Inn.

You may reserve a room for your pet at Harris Veterinary Clinic (209) 368-8256 or Mokelumne River Veterinary Service (209) 7227-5359. Both are located minutes from the inn.

* Advanced payment for first night is required.

* Cancellations and Changes:

* Cancellation of your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date incur full payment unless reservation can be rebooked.
* Cancellations or changes to reservation more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival receive refund of deposit less a $25 administration fee per room and, if applicable, cost of event tickets.
